How Insane Am I?

Let's play a game!!

It's called "How Insane Am I".

Okay! I'll go first. On somewhat of a whim because we are looking for a lower monthly payment, more land and a one level house so GAS doesn't have to do steps we are putting an offer on a house today! Yes, we prayed about it. For about five minutes. It is a little further from church and school, but the girls will still be in a school district that buses to the Christian school I am planning on sending them to. The only problem really is that we didn't plan to do anything so soon....but this house, despite being ugly on the outside, is pretty much perfect for us. The Husband is much more cautious then I am. My opinion is that it is just a house for goodness sake not something permanent like plastic surgery or a tattoo! If we don't like it, we move again, am I right?!

Okay, now it's your turn! How insane are you today?

My concern is that, yes, you could just move again, but moving is quite an expense. And is GAS moving in with you? Maybe you could meet with Ed S. and have him assess your situation. He may have other solutions.

My two cents for the day.

I'm insane enough to play along with a meme even though I should be folding laundry and wrapping a birthday present...I'll get to it.
In the mean time, I tagged you! Come over and see if you'd like to play, too!

It is in comments such as the above that I am so glad Mom In Action is my friend. I am going to drop Ed an email. Perhaps this is all about me liking to move. I like change and 5 years is about the limit I've lived in each house my adult life. I think I'm part gypsy. btw, GAS is coming with us and we are saving $500 a month (I'm guessing that Ed will like that and tell us to use the difference and pay off our mortgage 10 years early). But, there is not one ceiling fan in the entire house.

Deep breath. Thinking a little more clearly.....except that we already made the offer. Did I mention there is a jacuzzi tub in the master bath?

I agree. Ed is great! I'll be praying for you, Meliss.
